Damon's worry over Alaric's ringless-vulnerability is one of my favorite ideas to explore. Nice take on it here, with bonus naked shower time! Yey! D/A!

I know what you mean, I love the idea of Damon realizing that Alaric is human and mortal and that he can't take him for granted, he does that with too many things and people on the show. I like to see him deal with the fact that actions have consequences.
