13lbs of all baby...all the time

This week a mom somewhere (i don't remember where) gave birth to a 13lb. baby. Holy shit. Everyone knows i love babies...especially fat ones. He looks like a 4 month old...he doesn't look all nasty and shriveled up like a new born. How does it even happen...what the hell is he eating in there? I have to know so i know what to eat when i get
