SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE: Ness' Nightmare, which is now dormant, is only known to the crew of the Winding Way who was around to witness it, and to other people who found out one way or another. POP CULTURE PHENOMENON?: Probably the most famous PSI user in Reial. PSI isn't widely known, though, mostly due to it being a trait you are born with, and very few people are born with it. Only magic enthusiasts are likely to know of it. Most people on Reial won't have heard of her, but those from her home nation may have if they paid enough attention to the news. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE: Milk = Kurumi = Milky Rose - the whole Way knows this, but she likes to keep it quiet outside, partially so she can pass as human and avoid stares and whispers, and partially because people are looking for Milk and no one knows Kurumi. Also, the Milky Palette holds the crystal that keeps her human, and she didn't always have the ability to transform; the latter is common knowledge if you look into her background, the former unspoken but easy to figure out.
