To Europe!

Day 1 & 2:

(because I was pooped from yesterday, I am combining these little posts.)

Yesterday was my first session at the gym for 2010. I did an hour of treadmill, rowing and that dreaded bicycle where you peddle and peddle and don't get anywhere. Today, the same, except I had to stop rowing every few minutes cause it hurt.

Oh my god, Robin Williams. With the crazy-ass colours and whatever else he was doing? I was laughing so hard I bruised a rib, but then I started freaking out because I was all, 'what if no one else is seeing Robin Williams shimmer? what if it's only me?'

When you think about it, how crazy is that. We're fucking high off our rocker and Robin Williams just happens to talking about marijuana.

And then you went to sleep. Bahahaha.

Yes, yes, yesssss, to all of what you said. I'm going to the gym 4 days a week, doing exercises at home when I'm not, cut the calories to about 1,000 a day if I can (though in all honestly it tends to end up on about 1,200), and TEA! I'm on peppermint and rooibos, lol! And it's working! I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I've already lost 3kg's! Was 76.8 when I started and now I'm on 73.7! My mother says my stomach looks a little flatter as well, though I think it's mostly to keep me motivated, bless her kind soul. My goal is 65 and according to this one froofy website I found, if I can keep going like I am now, I should hit it right around my bday in August. How cool is that?!?!

MORE POWER TO US! WE'RE GONNA KICK SOME BUTT!!!!!
