The greeting card's quality was good. Although the picture I provided was small, they managed to print it on a greeting card size which was suitable for the resolution and so, the picture came out pretty clear. Not pixelations or blurred images.
One thing though, not exactly your fault, is that when you posted the card, the Post Office people put a stamp on the stamp and that impact made a circular dent on the face of the card. Maybe it'll be better if you had place a thin card (or better still, an envelop because I can't find an envelop that fits the size of the card) over it for protection.
I received the card a little over one week after I've paid. Would be better if you could send it out quicker. But overall, service level was fabulous. Friendly, approachable people behind the scenes! I'll definitely order more cards next time!
