Then again, it's not like I'm going to name a giant crab 'Beach.'

Of course you do! There's a lot of meaning behind a name, you know. Not just for us, but for our Pokémon as well. I'm sure they like fancier names better.

Well... Yeah. They do. [He named his Meowth 'Cat' at first, and when he finally evolved, gave him the much 'fancier' name, Leo. Leo was pleased indeed, tackling Kyo to the ground in his excitement.]
