Sam had gotten up early to make sure he had time to stop at J,GOB before going to Dean's room. Two cups of coffee and a bag was a little difficult to shuffle as he knocked on the door, but he managed it.

Dean opened the door. "Hey," he said grinning at his brother. "That for me?"

"Of course," Sam said, offering Dean the bag. "Happy birthday."

Dean opened the bag and crowed, "Dude! Pie for breakfast? Awesome!"
