I am slowly starting to hate group dinners. It's always at a loud and crowded restaurant where I'm squished in between a bunch of mostly annoying people. And I never get to order what I want truly want to eat. That's just the kick-off

I agree with you on that, that is why i never invite more than 6 people because you know sf and their mandatory 18 percent along with healthy sf. Though recently the birthday person has started to pay the tip. How are you doing and where are you?

Completely agree with everything. I fall into the drinking category as well...perhaps that's why we plan for $40, we know we are going to have to spend at least $15 of that on booze.

Seriously! If I'm forewarned that I"m going to a crappy restaurant with people I don't care about, then I plan ahead and bring at least $60 just to drink my way through the meal. I don't understand how people cannot think shit through sometimes....
