Ha! How the hell could they do that to Wash. That was a ballsy move. Shepherd, who cares. I could have even seen Zoe go, to be honest. It would have been sad, and it would have been a major detriment to the team, but WASH?!? No fucking way, Joss Whedon. I will NOT buy what you're selling.

But I'm hoping they'll pull a Pvt. Tracy thing maybe? Find an Organ harvester and fix him up? Wash must live for this series to continue. The hopes of the galaxy depend on it.

And, I'm quite pleased I got Mal, because he is my hero. I would follow the Captain to the ends of the Galaxy and then back for another Gorram go around. Wow I'm a loser and this is the longest entry I've made in weeks. Shiny.

I know exactly what you mean. It was so fucking random and unexpected. And, probably above all, unneccesary.

After i saw serenity, i went back and rewatched my Firefly DVDs and it just made me even more mad. Why couldnt they just have killed Simon instead?

No, I've learned to like Simon. I like Simon when he's not with River, I think. He's annoying when he's brothering, but he's necessary to the ship. What's annoying is that it's so unfixable. They made it so definite and that's lame. They really didn't leave any room for questions.

I think I like Serenity Simon better than Firefly Simon....if that made any sense, at all.

I think it was probably his decision to get kicked off. He's the one with the closest thing to a movie career (yay steve the pirate) and probably did not want to commit to doing the television show again.
