Monday was my first experience with tabletop gaming. The brother, the Laurel, and I headed over to gandsgirl's house for a round of Dungeons and Dragons-- she DMed, and the rest of us were entirely newbies. We rolled our characters: I ended up with a lawful-neutral elf magic-user named Colin, yes, after Mochrie, and a chaotic-evil fighter-thief human
