So. With the latest WoW patch, Blizzard saw fit to "update" the voices of certain NPCs. They changed Sylvanas' and Varimathras' at least.

I got a better listen of the Dark Lady and Varimthras last night, with headphones and minimal background noise. They both sounded a lot better. Sylv sounded sadder and...more dead. Still not great, and I still think of the Lady with her WC3 voice, but I'm no longer so upset.
