Yeah, uh, well the only one I care about is BHP so I didn't check the rest... They didn't recieve the letter from the past 2 times that she "mailed" it off so on Friday I got a letter from her and today I hand-delivered it to the building, checked online and it was processed merely 30 minutes after I gave it to them. Yeah....... bad experience

Oh dear, that's horrible! Extra work for you. :( I completely understand why you're so upset! I hate doing extra work, and I hate it when people break my trust. Good luck with trying to get everything finished!
