i've always managed to avoid the microsoft table at career fairs. it's not that hard to do because of the thick padding of microsoft whores crowded around it.

It's because they give out cool stuff. ;) Well, cooler than your standard career fair keychains and pens.

We have a career website where companies can post job openings and students can submit their resumes for the jobs they want. Apparently, if you have a resume saved on the database, companies can look at it and invite you to interview even when you didn't submit your resume for their job listing.
