Kagome was staring at some food when Ichigo spoke up. She whipped around and smiled at the other girl. She looked down at the box in her hand and grimanced. She placed it back and looked around for something else

Kagome wouldn't put it past Kia to have Ichigo come in to confuse Kagome and Kisshu. She was not sure if their relationship was ruined, she just felt confused and hurt. She could not blame this on Ichigo though..it wasn't her fault.

She glanced at Ichigo and she smiled slightly but now she felt more guilt. She lowered her eyes in shame. "I...should have waited. I have been here 9 months and I don't know if he's ever going to come. I just miss him so much...I was just trying to move on. Friends...I don't know."

Kagome smiled back at her. "Good! I'm glad we are going to be friends! I don't blame you at all for what happened with Kisshu and I. It's not your fault Ichigo!"

Even if it was mainly Kia's fault and that Kagome wouldn't blame her, Ichigo still felt bad. I mean, really... her presence will damn near ruin a relationship! "He'll come eventually. If I got here, so will he, right? You just have to keep hoping."

"You still gotta promise me that you'll try and stay friends with Kisshu, at least!" Ichigo is determined to get that promise out of Kagome. A promise for a promise, she still hasn't forgotten that.

She smiled at Ichigo. "I don't want him here...I won't want that on anyone. We have to come here then we suffer at Kia's whims. He's better off where he is...at least then I know he is safe."

Her eyes widen and she stared at Ichigo...why was she so intent on this. "Stay friends...sure I uhh guess..."

"Mmn... I guess that's true. I wouldn't want any of my friends or Aoyama-kun here either, even though I'd miss them a lot." At least Ichigo has it a little better off. Even though he's an enemy, Kisshu is still someone she recognized from her home world. From the sound of things, there was no one here that Kagome recognized.

Because she's your everyday magical girl and she has to ensure her friends' happiness~. Besides, this is Ichigo we're talking about! "A promise for a promise, Kagome-san! I promise to give Kisshu a second chance, and you promise to stay friends with him, 'kay?"

"It would be easier...well would have been easier if Inuyasha and the others were here when I arrived but I wouldn't wish for them to be here against their wills." Kagome had to meet everyone since she has been the only one from her home world and she has been the only one. Still she had met many friends while she was here.

Her eyes widen and then she laughed "Right!"
