Aerith was having a difficult time of it. The bunnies had recently learned that if they split up, they could cause her a lot more worry. And her worrying inevitably led to more attention for each one of them when she found them.

Thus when Yamato knocked on the door, Aerith was carrying two bunnies and nuzzling them restlessly.

"Don't run off again!" she chastised them between cuddles, "I thought you had run away again! Cloud can't be on bunny hunting duty all of the time." she pouted down at their fuzzy faces, letting out a sigh of defeat not long after, "I'm not mad, I promise."

Shifting their weight, she opened the door and smiled in welcome.

"Hello!" she stepped back to let Yamato inside, "I have very bad bunnies." she grumbled, carrying the two escapees back to the pen she had set up for them.

Yamato chuckled slightly. "I understand. My kitty cat is a bad little girl herself," the once sacrifice said with a grin. "Anything I can do to help you?"

Aerith really was quite adorable, and so very different than Kouya. Yamato immediately made to strike that thought from her mind. She could not, would not, compare Aerith and Kouya. There was no reason, and no way to. Besides, did that matter? Though Kouya and she had been apart for quite some time, perhaps it was time to move on.

Yamato found herself looking at Aerith a bit longer than she probably should. This woman had been there for her so much lately. Yamato couldn't deny she felt something, but she had simply never had time to examine it before.

She tried to forget these thoughts. This wasn't the time to think about such a thing.
