He answered the door, snorting in amusement and arms crossed over his chest as he gazed at the youngest hacker on the island. She was a sweet girl and she knew a lot. Which was always a fun combo for him. She was also really easy to handle.

"Why hello pumpkin," he teased as he gazed at her. He had an entire bag of candy for her with only one or two pieces missing. "You seem to be enjoying yourself.

As soon as Jing opened the door she cheerfully repeated the words, "Trick or Treat~" Of everyone on the island it seemed that Jing was the one who put up with her the most, and the one that had been the most willing to play with her.Well double d had helped her as well when she was freezing and took her to the mall for a jacket during the snow fall. Getting the bag of candy Ed spun around in circles waving it up and down as she cheered, "Candy for Edward!"

Stopping for a moment she pushed the pumpkin up smiling at Jing, "Thank you~ Oh who's Kir?"

"You're welcome Ed." Ed was easy to handle. And Jing actually appreciated the honesty of her emotions. So many kept things to themselves and lied about what they felt. But when Ed was mad at you she told you, likewise when she said she was happy she was. It was a pleasant break and a pleasant surprise. And it wasn't that Ed was simple. Far from it in fact. If Jing were the religious sort he'd say that Ed was living nirvana.

"Kir is my partner in crime," he chuckled.

"Patner in crime?" She had a blank stare for a moment before the wide smile returned, "Cool. Can Edward join too! Where's Jing-jing's costume? Not coming with?" Ed had left the Bebop because she had learned about her father and Faye had erged her to find where she belonged because it was the best. But then Ed's father had run off again forgetting about the child and leaving her and Ein wandering.
