"That isn't a greeting that I am used to," Grell laughed as he entered the living room setting down the bag of groceries on top of the small coffee table. "You don't mind orange flavored ice-cream right?" the British shinigami asked as he tossed a small box of orange cream ice cream bars at Axel.

Axel jumped, not expecting someone to be home. Having a heart was strange... because now.... he wasnt tearing up anymore. He looked up at his roommate... this was the first time looking at them, wasnt it? He smiled.. it felt bigger than the smiles he might've made in the past... but it was probably the same size. He caught the projectile box of ice cream. "Well, holy shit!" He laughed, making the comment more directed to the roommate in a humorous tone. He shook his head. "Are you kidding me? Orange is just fine." He set the box down, waving his opened ice cream pop in his hand. "Just in time too... this is my last one."

He paused a moment looking at Grell up and down. "....Alright, you gotta help me out here. You're either a girl or a reeeeeeaally pretty boy."
