It is possible to order the hardcover edition via Lulu, if I give you the link. But I'm still trying to get a paperback- edition, that is printed in Germany AND there's a publisher, who is most probably interested in publishing a small edition.

It's up to you folks, if you want the hardcover, or if you want to wait a little (or much) longer.
