I adored this on the meme, and I adore it now! You should totally own up to it, the language is just gorgeous! :)

Thank you so much! ♥ It's more the content than the language that I'm hesitant about though lol.

I swear, this fic gets better with each reread. Don't you love it when fics do that?

This particular chapter, though - there's something about seeing the two of them, vulnerable. That moment, when it just finally hits England that it's April the eighth, and they talk about their relationship, up against the wall... I loooove it.

And those ending lines, too. Gave me shivers ♥

Ahh, thanks so much. I've known a few fics like that, although not many. It's very flattering that this is one of yours.

That particular image, when they're against the wall and they have that conversation, is something that stayed in my mind long after getting it on paper. It's very gratifying when something that was important to me in writing comes across to readers as well. :)

Thank you! It's so kind of you to comment, even though you've already read it on the meme. ♥

Ok! Finished the first chapter of this Churchill bio, now I get to read one!

...and, of course, it's lovely.

France takes a risk. He kisses him awake.

I love this dynamic both with this pairing in general, and with the way you write them-- and especially in view of the Germany-related arguments that are coming in the thirties ; ;.

Your discipline when it comes to reading fic is impressive. For me, the kink meme > medieval romances any time. XD

Thank you so much, as ever. I always get so chuffed whenever I see a comment from you. It's really nice that you've been sticking around. ^^ Hope you enjoy the other chapters, when you get to them! ♥
