Thanks! One question:

2-4 oz (4T) yogurt
...are these volume oz or weight oz, and which measurement is preferable?

I usually make a double batch & use a small container of plain yogurt. The recipe works with a 6 or 8 oz container, so the answer would be whichever you like. If I was doing a single recipe I'd use a 1/2 cup measure.
