I do not know the tune for this one, but those are some lovely lyrics. I started singing it rather clunkily to the tune of "I Saw Three Ships..."

I could sing it for you sometime--the tune is actually pretty tricky. You could look it up, though! The lyrics are by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, actually.
