This is really great so far!! For whatever reason I'm a huge glutton/fan for fics where Gerard/Frank or both have some sort of addiction and must overcome (or try, and perhaps fail) it.

You've set this up pretty brilliantly so far - I feel connected and engaged in the characters and I can't wait to see what happens next! Will Frank be able to stay away if Gerard stays? Will Gerard get over his (many) fears and go back to Frank so they can get sober and clean together?
What's the rest of their back stories? Who was hurting Gerard - his dad? stepdad? Did Frank really just get so deep in because of Gerard?

Whew. I love fics that actually deal with life dilemma's and dark/deep issues, so I can't wait to see where you take this!
