Another Start!

Ah! This is absolutely wonderful! OHOHOHO! The tournament has been reborn! I am incredibly enthralled that the people here are more spunky than the last time I was here, and paperwork! YES! NO PAPERWORK :D! Suoh and Akira have left me here to be in peace, and they did not even leave even a folder of papers to be signed! Such a blessing
