let me help u..since i also face the same prob with u before this...

if u post on your on Lj....
u highlight all the word u want to hide or lj-cut...
then...u click on livejournal Cut at the toolbars...
there will pop-out of "cut link text?"

u can replace "the read more..." with ur own words...

then...for the community post...
U just write the requirement like:

title:
author:
rating:
genre:
...and so on....

then, for me...I do like this at the below of it...

( my title fic or anything ) <--- then u highlight this...

u click the insert/edit link at the toolbars..
paste the fic URL...
