Inspiration: Gossip Girl

I know this topic is so worn out, but I had to blog about it. (Atleast I'm not boring you with more news about Cavalli's line for H&M.) Not only is Gossip Girl the most delightfully addicting show on TV, but the clothes are fabulous.

If you go to cwtv.com, there is a great Gossip Girl style section. It shows alot of clothes that the characters wore, and where you can get them. It's what inspired this blog.

now i just have to wait till they post where i can get that red headband with the giant bow (i loved it!), so i can get it. i love the red stockings but i'm not sure i'm brave enough to try it myself.

Unfortunately, they don't post everything.=/ Which headband are you talking about?
I'd love to try red stockings, I'll definitely get them if I see them again! They had some at Urban Outfitters in August, hopefully they're still there.
It's a really bold look, but you could make it less.. bold by wearing them with alot of black. :]

I love Blair's style! It's probably my favorite out of everyone's on the show.
Her last outfit is my favorite!

i agree with your comment on red shoes! i bought a pair of red flats over the summer. i didn't think i would get much out of them, but now i wear them with almost everything! i love the ones blair wore though. i want them!

I love your notes on the fashions.
But in my very humble opinion, i don't like the stockings in the last picture. I've always felt that the patterns mis match. I think that the outfit as a whole would look much better with plain stockings so it wouldn't take any attention away from the gorgeous dress.

What I love about the stockings is how unique they look with the dress. I would probably wear plain black stockings with it, but what Blair did was so creative and inspiring. The two pieces compliment each other in such a chic way, I think it's brilliant.

I agree, those red items are fabulous. I'm so into red right now, and I love how it almost works as a neutral.
