Happy Lunar New Year!

Okay, that was a little late. But I hope that those who celebrated got to see cool family members, receive lots of red pockets and eat lots of good food! ♪ It's also reading week so there's a small break in my life (whereas the past 2 weeks have been utter hell with profs trying to stuff everything BEFORE reading week).

If you want to go into advertising graphic design humber would be a good place. Humber = advertising in toronto.

I think its good for regular design too tho.
I know in second year you have to choose a path. Advertising or regular graphic.
The campus is nice, but lacks study areas.
I found the professors for the most part interested in the students and willing to help.
Its set back off the road tho, so its a cold walk to the building in the winter. You would be in the same building I was in, which is the first building on the very left side of campus. There is a print shop and all that. Its a pretty small building. The computer dudes are never there tho, so if you have issues with the school computer... best to find a new computer...

Hope this helps. :)

It really does, actually! Thanks! :D ♥

I'm not sure if I want to go into advertising-focused graphic design but they do have a graphic design program for an advanced diploma at the campus you were at. The other two are at the north campus in the middle of nowhere. :<

But I guess one of the things that also appeal to me is the fact that Humber is in Toronto so I can just commute from my house. Granted, the commute is long but at least I'll save plenty from rent and such. x_x And hey, if I continue to work during summers like I normally do, I should be able to save enough to pay for my own tuition. :D

Maybe what would be best is fast tracking to try and complete a 3 year degree in...something.

Maybe. I'm still looking so maybe I'll find something at like Ryerson or even Mac or something. o_O

I wanted to take pictures of my "recovery" because I've seen people get bruises on their face after the surgery so it's just kinda like a photolog, haha.

just a heads up that Camelot has mice... at least up until the 9th floor. and a guy was murdered there in the 80s :O

I think Humber has more pull than Seneca or Academy of Design, but Sheridan is good as well.

Seriously? :O A couple of my friends live/have lived there (on lower and upper floors) and the most problems I've ever heard was that a pigeon decided to make its nest on the balcony. OTL

Humber is looking pretty good right now, especially since if I were to go to Sheridan, that would require me moving to Oakville and finding a place to live there, etc. x_x
