Goal to lose by 8/25/2010 - 28 lbs (I have to look decent by my 30th birthday, I just HAVE to!)

Wow, I am so impressed! That is some dedication there. Send some my way! ;)

If you're not doing dairy, btw, you probably want to take calcium supplement, beyond the prenatal - bfing is apparently hell on your calcium levels. And don't forget that bfing burns 500cal extra a day, so you might need to eat more than you'd anticipate. It's good for your supply to keep your calories up!
