Oh my - that's beautiful. And so clever too: I love all the layers and textures, the case weaving through their personal story, and the line “For someone rare.” has given me all sorts of happy thoughts.

I am delighted you liked that line! Took me a long time to settle on "rare".

It was my first attempt at a, more or less, complete case, which was an interesting challenge. Of course, just like with the missions, you know where my true interest remained.;-) I'm very pleased that you thought the various threads combined effectively as that was a big question in my mind.
