I have a 10 page research paper on the ethical argument for enrichment in laboratory animals due on Friday at 3 pm. I've done all of my research, have an outline, and have started writing the actual essay. For me, procrastinator extraordinaire, this is a great accomplishment. Of course, this warrants that I take a break and plod around livejournal

Haha, indeed! Actually, I was refering to the heavy linkage in my post, which is similar to how wiki pages are structured. Lots of inter-connecting in order to de-orphanize things.

Dude, it trips me out that they have the best friends of the dolls now. I remember back when I got mine (I have Molly, as well as two of the girls of today) and there were only 3 or 4 dolls TOTAL. Then came Felicity and Addy and Josephina and Kit and Kaya and now the company is run by Mattel and it's all about selling stuff instead of teaching history. It makes me sad. Also, the quality of the magazine has declined a LOT. I've been getting it since I was seven, LOL... but I don't want to stop getting it becuase I want my daughters to have a full set of subscriptions.

I didn't know Mattel bought them out! Sucky. I like the idea of best friends, but at the same time, it's begging to be too much crap. There are way too many accessories. I mean, they even changed the outfit that Felicity comes in, which is stupid. I remember when American Girls was Felicity, Kirsten, Samantha, and Molly. And the suddeness when Addy was introduced.

Aww, sorry to hear that about the magazine. I loved that magazine. I had to stop getting it when I moved to Canada in high school. I should so re-subscribe.

It doesn't seem to mean much except, "I'm dorky, look at all the scifi I watch and computers I play with!" It'll mean more if I actually make a post explaining why I chose what I chose.
