well here it is, the summer vacation!

Kate's last day of school was last Wednesday, the cast was removed 2 days prior (Monday the 22nd). So the cast is removed, she tries to step on the affected leg, and starts screaming; lo and behold, the leg is healed but stiff from 4+ weeks of immobilization in the cast. Thank goodness we belong to a beach/pool club here in New Jersey, swimming
