Title: The Heir of Nothing
Characters: Ukoku, Goku (not as a pairing! ^__~)
Warnings: Through Reload 6 (and beginning of 7)
Notes: For prompt #4, "opposites." Written in 45 minutes. First half is from Ukoku's POV, and the second half is Goku's POV. I wanted to write opposing perspectives of these two characters leading up to the final scene

Just one word... awesome! Beautifully written, poignant reflections, and well-structured thoughts.

The way you have wrote from the two point of views is very lovely, especially as it brings out the contrast between the two characters, and yet, relates them with a similar thread. ( Also, after Sanzo, my two fav characters-- so it's exra squeal-y!&hearts )

I'm glad you liked it! Short as it is, I struggled with this thing like you wouldn't believe. O__o I knew what I wanted to say, but most of it I couldn't come out and say because of the limitations of 1st person. So I'm thrilled it's IC! X)

Words cannot express how lovely, beautiful, and poetic this was. Seriously.

Both of these were gorgeous and flowed so smoothly, and the first person really made it stick with me. They way they mirrored each other in some of their thoughts, but backwards to that the views were opposing...if that makes any sense at all. I'm sorry...my brain has forgotten how to function with how awesome this is.

I love how you somehow make even the quated parts somehow new, the first one expecially made my breath catch. And Goku's part is just lovely all through, but especially this line: "Cuz if it's a one-shot deal, I'm sticking around for as long as I can."
Really sums the character up.

That was so good! What a great choice of characters to put together - one is lost the other is found, and they couldn't be more different, but they're both moving forward. I felt like touched on something fundamental about both characters in this.
