Very, very evocative. Nothing less than what I would expect of my Ten-chan.

This was twisted, but deliciously so. The way you wrote it was absolutely fantastic and it just made it that much more intense. I had shivers, throughout the whole thing. And you did wonders with the idea! Was this the sort of thing we were talking about the other day? If so, great, great job.

*huggles you tightly* Fabulous as always, Ten-chan. <3

Oh, you're so sweet. ^_^

I wrote this like a madwoman after staring at the screen for the longest time (and I honestly didn't know I was going to write this until I wrote it, if you know what I mean). And then it kind of flowed. And then I looked at it after I finished and was like "Wtf was wrong with me?!?!" because I'm pretty sure I didn't think I was capable of writing something like this.....no, the whole timeline thing was for another fic which isn't posted yet. This just grew out of my morbid mind because I had that double-time effect in my mind.

*huggles back* thank you!

This was just incredible. I've always been a fan of stream-of-consciousness writing because of how powerful it can be at evoking imagery and emotions. You did such a masterful job of capturing what Gonou could have - would have - thought after Kanan's death and his 'rebirth' as a youkai.

Just... fantastic. Dark, yes, but then how could it not be?

Thank you! ^_^ I've always felt that his hate of Kanan coexists and matches his love for her strength for strength, and that he'd have to let go of one to overcome the other. And it's all the more powerful because he's never let it out.

Exactly so - she rendered everything he'd done worthless and he hadn't exactly had an easy time of it. He must have steeled himself and numbed himself with her image the entire time and with all that gone? I know I would hate someone who did that to me.

And thank you. ^_^

This was intense. Dark, as the warnings said, and yet there's poetry in the rhythm and imagery of it that makes the story strikingly beautiful as well. Truly a memorable piece of work.
