Oh, you captured the Koumyou eccentricity perfectly! Thanks so much for sharing this, made me laugh hard enough to spill water on my textbook. -sighs and wipes-

And what really tugged at my heartstrings was that it was (fatherly) love at first sight. Really really liked this!

Thank you. I'm glad I was able to capture Koumyou's eccentricity, because it's awesome. X3 Water on the textbook is bad though, especially if you're in college. It lowers the sell back value. >.> Ah, well... it's not like I can talk, there are crumbs all over my textbook right now.

DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD: I didn't even think about the sell back value. D: OMG, it's fat at the bottom and thinner at the top now. And I have highlighter SMUDGES.

And yes, Koumyou's eccentricity is just about what makes him the most AWESUMMM weirdo father in the world. Love the dude. XD

I always sell my books after I'm done with them. Starving college students have to make a living somehow.

Yes, the crumbs are removable. I should still be able to get $40-$80 for it, depending on whether I decide to sell it on eBay or not.

I actually didn't have that in the first draft, but after going over it the sentence just popped into my head. This is actually my first time writing Koumyou, so it took awhile for his character to register, I think.

Writing in dialogue-only was hard, too. I was afraid that it wouldn't work without descriptions, but I think it turned out pretty well, all things considered.
