Novel 17 illustrations

I didn’t think it would show up in the US so quickly but I found a couple of copies of the new novel at the NYC Kinokuniya bookstore and bought one although I can’t actually read it. ^_^;; (And if anyone in the US is interested in buying the novels, they do offer ordering through their site. The new one was $11.85 but the older ones seemed to run $

Yeah, that picture looks kinda familiar now that you mention it, but I really can't remember if I've seen it somewhere before... I'm still glad you posted the pics anyway! :D

I read the summary of a blogger(non-English, so can't share the link, sorry) and the volume is packed with so much plot and so many characters. The mysteries are coming to an end now, though there remains so much to yet be answered. At least the last volume will be more than 500 pages long so I hope all the loose ends will be tied before the end of the series

I'm kind of surprised by how Ruka's not quite as bad as I thought she was (I've only read up to volume 9, as that's as far as I got with the Chinese light novels). Granted I haven't been paying a whole lot of attention to what's been happening in the story since.

...It's at Kinokuniya already? Kinda pisses me off since they never had ALL the novels (though they did have doubles of some) so I stopped buying the novels from there. Since I didn't get a chance to buy the novel yet, I must go! D

Yeah, I was surprised it showed up so quickly at Kinokuniya! o_o I only saw two copies of the new novel on the shelves though and I bought one of them. I wasn’t sure if the NY store would even get any since they only had 5 or 6 of the titles when I checked several weeks ago and it didn’t look like they made an effort to keep the whole series in stock. It's a bit annoying that the NY store seems to be considered their main US store but from checking inventory on their site, the West Coast stores seem to be better stocked.

Maybe, if there are other novels you want, you could try asking if they could get them for you? I once asked about an artbook that I wanted that wasn’t in stock and they had a copy sent over from their store in the suburbs for no extra charge. This was a few years ago though and the NYC store seems to be the only one left on the east coast so I’m not sure if they’ll still do that but it couldn’t hurt to ask.
