Class Assignments Due Dates

Jun 02, 2013 16:27

A simple reminder for those in my self-esteem class, your first public speaking speeches on your topic of choice are due on Tuesday. Please be sure to have it ready for then, as unless you have a very good reason for why you can't, I don't plan on giving anyone passes on it. Everybody should expect to present their speeches to the rest of the class ( Read more... )

Hai, Sensei! Atsushi and I will be there for the Birthday Club Meeting!

I was thinking...it's getting warmer. If we plan it for Saturday the 15th, think we could have a pool party?

(ooc: Twins are so glad they don't have any classes with him this year! LOL)

15th sounds like a good date but pool party might not be the best idea. I dunno, I'll ask Yanagi-san and Inui-san. I know that Chinen-san will like it though.

Why not? It's May...the sun is getting warmer, and unlike the lake, we can heat the pool!

[ooc: Tigers like water...]

I'm just thinking that it's not exactly Inui-san and Yanagi-san's type of party, but I could be wrong.

(ooc: Saeki likes water too, but he's being considerate)

Ahh...Koharu-san....we were partners for the mental stimuli project, weren't we? Hehe....we didn't fill out what we did on paper, did we?

(ooc: Saeki is panicking because he forgot about this project completely.)

And sure, I'll ask Inui-kun and Yanagi-san what they like and I'll pop by your classroom for tomorrow.

...Saeki-kun, I think you might want to get together with Konjiki-kun as soon as possible. I'm not sure if he's been working on writing out your findings on his own or not, but I'd hate to have to take points off your grade for not finishing your work or leaving your partner to complete the majority of the project.

Thank you. Please ask them what they would prefer to eat as well.

[OOC: Baaaad Saeki. Sensei is not impressed. :|]

Konjiki-kun has indeed been working on writing out our findings and has tried to remind Saeki-kun a few times already that he needs to work on his portion of the task. Konjiki-kun does not feel responsible for Saeki-kun's potentially failing grade if he can't bother to remember an important project that's worth a good portion of this semester's grade.

Hmm. Is that so?

"Enjoy what's left of the weekend." /:
Well, joke's on you when you have to grade all twenty seven pages of the project.

Attempting to be an overachiever once again, I see. Did you do the majority of that yourself or did you actually remember the fact that it was a group effort? Either way, I'm a quick reader, so 27 pages won't actually take me that long to get through. It will be a chore to read through everyone's papers, however. Though I'll still enjoy seeing how things turned out in each of your experiments upon one another.

I put their names at the top of the page, I acknowledge their participation. It's just easier writing everything myself.

And I got in practice in making everything as dry as possible.

Hiyoshi-kun, that's not what you're supposed to do. I'm also grading them on how much effort they put into working on the project with you. If you do all of it yourself, they can't add in any of their own input and I can't grade them properly.

...Should I even ask what you're referring to?

My oh my. You're keeping us students quite busy, aren't you, Sensei.

Would you have preferred being bored in class, Yagyuu-kun~?

I feel that no matter how I answer that, it will be the wrong answer.

saitoupsychout June 5 2013, 00:59:48 UTC
Not necessarily. Though I would ask what you would suppose we should do in class to change that and wouldn't be considered something that would be keeping you busy.

Can we be exempted in mutant psychology if we don't want to talk about the trigger, sensei?

Reply

healer_song June 3 2013, 07:18:36 UTC
Or know the trigger, really?

Reply

saitoupsychout June 3 2013, 07:36:40 UTC
If you don't know the trigger, or it doesn't react to a trigger, then your partner needs to write about why they think your ability can't be triggered and also still needs to write out what they tried to do to cause a reaction.

Understood. Thank you, sensei.

(ooc: He has a trigger, he just hates the sight of blood and making people sick even more so XD)
