It explains a lot really. Two weeks ago, I was running with the latest romantic interest and while we were jogging, I was trying to keep up not with his pace but with the conversation we were having. ohhhhhh I'm fine. In fact, I'm looking forward to tackling more running now that I'll be breathing easier. I wanna come back up and run along the lakeside.

That's what you get for running, Honey Buns. We would be compelled to yell, "Painseeker!" out the car window if we ever saw you running.

Seriously, though, I am glad you have the inhaler now. I'm sure it'll make a huge difference.

Hey Congratulations! :)

On a serious note, I'm glad you got diagnosed and treated. I'd love to hear how your next run goes!

I did 3 miles yesterday and what a difference. Although I was still breathing hard, it wasn't strained and I wasn't hacking up a bake-off of lung cookies afterwards. I still had to take walky-resty breaks but not as often. :)

God, don't kill yourself already. I don't run, myself...I fucked up my knees the last time I tried that. It felt like I had pebbles in them, which eventually went away when I stopped kidding myself that I was a jogger.

Oh, and this guy snowboardbear who is one of my LJ friends is moving to St. Louis and is meeting with a realtor on Friday. I left a note in his journal about you, and that maybe you could give him the skinny on good places/good things about St. Louis. K? *mwah

I ran yesterday and I can confirm that it's clearly better living through chemistry.

I'd be happy to show Noah around. I even have a friend who is a realtor. Forward this to him and I'll add him as well.
