So we have a handful of Sony VAIO laptops that I have to build a system image for. The only thing standing in my way is finding a way to do a silent driver install... meaning I want the install to happen automatically without anyone having to click "Next" "next" "I accept" "Next" "next" "finish" and so forth

I have also occasionally dealt with emailing tech support, and the canned responses are always like this. Utterly generic and unhelpful.
