Dude I never even thought of that and it's brilliant.

BUY WAR STIMULUS BONDS!

How about something even simpler. If Congress is dead set on spending $787 billion it doesn't have, why not translate that into tax credits?

The IRS takes in about 2.5 trillion a year. 787 billion is 29% of this. They could put this into effect immediately and maintain it for a calender year.

Imagine a 29% reduction in the taxes citizens and businesses pay! People will have money to invest and spend, businesses will be able to grow.

You goddamned fascist. You're missing the point. The rich people are the problem. Decadent business owners like yourself are starving out the working class with your high cost of services and low wages to your employees. Your kind will be lined up and shot when the revolution comes. And then we'll take your massive stockpile of capital and distribute it evenly among the leaders of the revolution! And then whatever is left will go fairly to "the people".

Lower taxes on all non-business owning Americans... raise the taxes on all business owners and people who make more than $100,000 per year. Tax them 75%! I won't be happy until the rich all have less money than me!
