Curio seems like an interesting character. I like how you did the nightmare, especially the last parts of it and the way you handled time (time does do strange things in dreams). His lack of emotion during the nightmare, contrasted with his panic upon waking up, was well-done, too.

Curio's one of my favorite characters at the moment. I'm glad you like how I wrote it! I kind of tried to keep it as disjointed as I could. Basically I took my dreams and tried to expand on the same sort of details and feelings you get in 'em, hah.

Maybe I should post more stuff I write since people seem to actually be interested.

I was really impressed by your snippet of a story! I really love the composition of the dream and your voice inside the story. A lot of people don't naturally create a narration with such personality but yours was! It was lovely. Thank you for sharing. :)

Fffff, really? YOU'RE MAKING ME BLUSH. I think the voice thing comes from reading far too much snarky-narrated stuff like Pratchett when I was younger. I have problems not being very snarky and/or sarcastic with all my writing these days. *Cough*

It's surprisingly more fun when people are bad at it. Then you get to laugh at their silly guesses.
