I know I still have some stories to tell. blah! I've been so busy with everything. This week was the last week of classes. Next week is finals. I'm frustrated, because I have a 15 page paper due on Tuesday. Exams on monday, tuesday, and friday. I also have a take home exam due on thursday. I know i'll pull through, but damn kids, i'm tired.

have you been reading all that crap people are talking about dave gahan on depechemode.com? some of it's intense, like come on, the man got sick for god's sake. hope for yours he's well rested!

oh i know what you mean. i'm not looking at the boards for that reason. i'm just thankful they're doing another tour of america. everyone has been saying mean stuff ever since the new tour began. to me, even a crappy depeche mode concert, is a great time anyways. i honestly (except for their really really early stuff) can't find any fault with them.

and i agree poor dave is a little under the weather. people just need to chill out. i mean he used to get larengytius all of the time. and thanks, i hope he's well for my show too. i got tickets for my mom as a mother's day gift. (yeah my 53 year old mom loves dm too. granted that's because of me hehe)

i have a question, did you ever read the conversation i emailed you? the guy i tried telling you about is the same one in this entry as well lol.

yes i did but i couldn't find the time to appropriately respond because of course i'm always at work or kinda buzzed. ahh the life of an alchee! how are things, pumpkin?

i'm doing alright. if he didn't have to work (be on the air) at 6 am this morning, he'd be hanging out with me right now. *sigh* i'm sure i'll see him sometime soon before i have to go back home next week. don't worry about not being able to think of a response. i just wanted to know if you had any advice. i know i'm going for someone a bit older than me.

so i have a week until dm, and i'm excited as fuck. my mom called and told me that our tickets came in the mail!!! if i can get photo passes for the show, i'll make sure to get prints for you!

You, your Mom and Sis? Talk about Girls Gahan Wild or Wilde. How come l wasn't invited to your innaugeration? 0h wait, you're the Vice-President. So it couldn't have been anything special. Just be sure you invite me to your Presidential innaugeration. That should be a holler and a hoot.

well, first of all, i didn't know my innaugeration was going to happen this past tuesday. secondly, it's a part of a religious service lol. not sure how comfortable you are with christianity since you're jewish. my parents weren't even there to see me get this honor. but really it's not that big of a deal. and i highly doubt i'll be president of LSA. that's a huge huge responsibility. but thank you for your regards.

Religious service schmeligious service, l'll go to church as long as there's free food afterwards. This past weekend was my friend's daughter's communion where l had to endure an hour long blah blah blah fest about Jesus and how he died for all of your sins and all, knowing that there was plenty of yummy food at the reception afterwards. What's this about Gahan being sick and not being able to perform this weekend?

well, this weekend is still on. dm had to cancel their chicago show because dave had laryngitis. i'm sure he's much better now though.

Great playlist; tell me, do you keep your shows as files (I know you've offered to email them before), only I can never actually listen to them cos of my crappy connection here, but I am moving into my brother's house in August for a week, and he has a rather snazzy broadband account, WOOT!! So was wondering if you could email me at least a couple for me to listen to in a couple of months when I get the opoortunity to!!

Oooh, exciting countdown :o) I'm jealous!!

i do try to save all of my shows whenever our database is working. so yes i have atleast 6 shows i can send you!!! i have stuff from last semester too.

haha don't be jelous. it could be canceled. i just hope dave's throat gets better soon.

Yeah, that's horrible for anyone, but worse for a singer. He probably should try not to strain it too much, and doing a huge concert probably counts as a strain ;o) Still, fingers crossed!
