Ehm, the numbers that appear at the end of certain lines have no meaning... they simply mark the line number... how awful... I realised this after posting... please ignore the ugly numbers.

The poem is beautiful. I always found those were enjoyed best with a mug of warm cocoa (coffee for those who enjoy it)

Though I must say I have a hard time imagining DM in that poem *grin.* I never cared too much for the guy, I guess

I didn't use to like him either, but I'm starting to, and Ariadne has given him such humanity in this drabbler that I was moved to respond.

I love the images of Death Mask's ghost, and the wild daisy, of Death and Life, of life growing in such a dark place as the Cancer temple.

In her drabbler, Ariadne shows that life is stronger than death.

I think THAT'S beautiful.
