poor kids. i guess once they stepped int DQI there was really nothing they could do anymore. It's not like they had a chance to be normal, decent, sane people afterwards :(

note i blame athena and the kyoko for this. they're in charge, how come they let this kind of place exist and be part of their own?

second ficsie is nice as well, but i'm in love with the first one

Not just because I'm biased towards him, but because I really like the fic, and the way you described the falling into the Seabed Sanctuary, the difference in architecture, and the theme of rebirth. :3 :3 :3
