I have no idea about pickup but you could definitely stay with us in our room! It's just that we'd have to commute to the con center every day. Depending on how many people we get, it'll probably be in the $50-60/person range for the entire weekend.

Hmm... but getting picked up and dropped off from/to the airport will be a problem.... You're staying at the Lincoln Plaza, na? Hmm... I checked their site, but it doesn't look like they have complimentary shuttle service..

And would it be better for me to arrive Wednesday night, or Thursday morning? HMM.... This is tough... .^^ (and this is why I shouldn't decide things at the last minute. .^^ )

Yeah. We're gonna be commuting by car to get there. 'Bout a half hour? Maybe an hour if it's bad. .^^;

Well, we won't be checking into the hotel until Thursday night since we're leaving Wednesday night (first typed that out as "wednight" .>_> getting ahead of myself...) to arrive Thursday morning and then going straight to the con. (SekiToshi's panel is Thursday at like noon, btw.)

Anyway~ I don't mind commuting... too much.. .^^ If the driver doesn't mind having me~ =3

Maa.. Then... I'd probably want to get there Wednesday... but I wouldn't have any place to throw my stuff until I met up with everyone... Unless someone else has a room I can just stash my stuff in for a few hours...

*lightbulb!* OR, if there's room in your car, I could fly in to San Jose and ride down with everyone. =3 I'll of course help pay for gas, and can help drive as well.

Ah, but if there's not room, that's ok. I'll try to figure something else out... .^^
