Going into hiding for a while

I am sad to say I have failed in keeping a balance in my life. I looked at my to do list today and freaked when I realized that a good majority of it is stacked with things to do for other people. Narration, story donation, voice acting, email interviews, etc. The sad news is that I recently lost my Suicide Girls column as they shut down their paid

Sorry to hear about the SG shutting down paid content.

The problem with a lot of web-based content these days is that everyone and their dog continues to think he/she can write well because he/she can form a sentence. Where is writing going to be as an artform and journalism in a few years?

A very wise decision. Doing too much for others is something I've been struggling with, too ... when you're working for others in whatever capacity, you can't get paid for writing, and that means holding onto the evil day job.

(Only with me it's the washing machine instead of the AC.)
