A lot of this is still listed as "coming soon" - however things like the playing cards and one of the wall scrolls SHOULD be available at Hot Topic. People have also said some of the already available merch has been spotted at Cons,Local Comic/Anime stores and some of it has popped up on Ebay. Unless you own a shop,I am 90% sure you cant order direct from GE.

Remember to check out the Previews catalog at your local comic/hobby shop. It'll take some digging, but if there's anywhere that'll have this stuff it's Previews.
