Pity you .. I'll be joining you in that state in a week or three... although with less timber and more bricks and mortar in my case. We're buying the house we've been renting the past 25 years as the rent is now higher than a mortgage would be. Plus we can tell the council to fold their tenancy agreement with it's petty-flogging little clauses until it's all sharp corners, sprinkle it with Cayenne and shove it...

Why yes, I am looking forward to that.
