Well, I WAS just going to post about my first entry to spn_reversebang, but apparently it was very controversial and things went KA-BLOOIE and now I have to compile all my opinions and stuff before I rag on the joys and problems of RPF again. It should not have been controversial and that should not have happened to you and your author. I thought it was an interesting prompt and worth exploring.

Thank you very much! I thought it was a freaking adorable idea that the SPN kids have grown up and start hunting monsters because of their dads' TV show, and find out that monsters are REAL. I had no idea it would lead to this. Your support is greatly appreciated.

The mods handled the situation badly, really. IMO, there was no controversy to be made. Just a few people throwing toys out of the pram. (If it helps I put up a post, which I'll amend later because they threw you under the bus too). I hope you're not too upset. <3

Thank you for the support! The mods have apologized to us for how they handled things, and all this support has made me feel much less disgruntled about what happened. I agree that this shouldn't have been such a big deal, with rules being changed because a few people were offended. People write things in fanfic that offend me all the time. I just don't read it.

I'll survive to create more controversial art and fanfic. :D Muhahahahaha...

Oh, sounds like a nice, quiet evening... sometimes those are really the best :)

Hahaha, I wound up catching up on Facebook and talking to people about this Reversebang stuff instead. Last night flew by as well; I couldn't even tell you what I did for some of those hours, they went by so fast. Oh well. Maybe I can watch some stuff tonight. I still have my movie, and a couple episodes of "Ghost Stalkers," and I'd still really like to give "The Librarians" a try. (Another supernatural show that sounds really cool.)
