Dear Yuletide Santa 2011
Hello Yuletide Santa! I've made this post to provide a little extra info on my requests, such as visual aides. Because they're fun!
Requests:
1). Paranormal Activity (Movies)
I'd love to see "other stuff that was recorded" that we didn't see in any of the movies. Scary, scary stuff!! Include any of the characters based on which movie(s) you write about. Please feel free to steal your material from scenes that were cut out of any of the movies (like the entire trailer for PA 3!). Deleted scenes, missing scenes, whatever, just give me nightmares, please!
I'd also love to see the oscillating camera from PA 3 used to its full potential. There was a whole section of the downstairs we couldn't see when the camera rotated one way and then the other, and they only used this to their advantage a couple of times really effectively. I could have used a whole bunch more scary shit with a great idea like that!
You could also maybe explain how/why the house burned down. This was left out of PA 3, although it seems it should have been there.
Or, alternately, Micah got Katie to agree to recorded sex. Hell yeah! XD
2). Pyromania - Def Leppard (Music Videos)
(Sorry the stills are such shitty quality. I don't have access to the videos on DVD right now.)

What I really want here is a cohesive narrative that links together the fantasy imagery from Def Leppard's Pyromania videos. Primarily "Foolin'," "Rock of Ages," and "Photograph." Other characters you could include would be Marilyn Monroe, the Caged Wenches, the Damsel in Distress, Monks, the Passion Killer, other band members, etc. I'm not so much interested in the boys being their band member selves, but players in this fantasy drama. (Although if they are "Joe," "Steve," etc that's fine.) Would love to see the Terror Twins act as an embodiment of that nickname. Neon Triangle Bondage is appreciated! ;) Big glowing sword is appreciated. A band member acting as a villain is appreciated. Feel free to fit other similar imagery from other DL videos in this story if they are inspiring.
No one offered this fandom. :( So for those who may be poking around in other's Dear Santa letters looking for treats to write, I'll explain one nickname I used here - The Terror Twins. The Terror Twins are the two blond guitarists, Steve Clark and Phil Collen. They were great friends who often wreaked havoc on everyone, rode around on a tandem bike, and dressed alike ("Foolin'" is a good example; they're both dressed in white and wearing something dark with white polka dots on it). I would love for this to be reflected in some way in a story about these videos.

3). Ten Inch Hero
Here's what I would really love: Some sort of AU where it's possible and it turns out that Priestly was Fuzzy22 the whole time. How did he pull it off? How does Jen react when she finds out? Sweet, endearing Priestly/Jen with him eventually rocking her sexual world would be awesome. Please don't have Priestly change his image for her like he did in the movie.
Another idea I would love to see explored in fic: What if Piper really was Julia's mother? How would that have changed things?
I'd also enjoy another roadtrip where Priestly comes along. Imagine Piper, Jen, Tish, and Priestly together in the Peacemobile. Surprise Priestly/Jen in the back of the van would be awesome.
If you're not comfortable writing any of these ideas, I'd love some general interaction and witty banter between the "family" at the sandwich shop.
Priestly/Tish squicks me, just so you know. :)

For those of you who know me, no, I am not requesting or offering "Miracles" this year. I'm in a really picky mood and if I can't be guaranteed to receive exactly what I want, I don't want anything. Too much Dean/Paul on the brain or something. :D Also, I'm writing like 3 Supernatural/Miracles Big Bangs within the next few months. I'm so engrossed in these universes that I'm not sure I'd be that successful at pulling myself out long enough to write something unrelated for someone else. Maybe next year. :)
