On Monday night, I got really sick again, with the chills and fever and throwing up and all that sometimes accompanies my bronchitis/pneumonia problems. My head and throat are full of crud, as usual. Hon, were you travelling at all before you caught this? The reoccurance is sounding a lot like a tropical bug I picked up in Vietnam, and the second time around is pretty serious. Have you been anywhere where mosquitos are a problem?

No, no traveling. We have some minor problems with West Nile around here, but I don't think that's it
