$50. Which is crazy, but there's no way for me to know ahead of time if they'll be dicks and charge it or be nice and forego it. I just know that in the past, I didn't have all the rent by the 3rd of some month and they said they'd have to charge the late fee even for a small portion of it.

Hopefully I won't need it, but if you are able to help with that, I'd really appreciate it.
